You start with a blood test to determine the facts (what you might be lacking), receive a personal plan and test regularly to monitor progress and demonstrate improvements in your body.

Anyone who wants to improve their overall health and wellbeing, although the Zinzino products provided are based on the unique needs of each individual following a blood test. The products are beneficial for many conditions, including hormonal imbalance, menopausal symptoms, gut health and digestion, joint aches and pains including arthritis and fibromyalgia and inflammatory skin conditions.
A finger prick blood test is taken in clinic to provide a dried blood sample for testing. You will receive the results of your blood test in xx days, confirming your Omega-6 and Omega-3 ratio score, together with recommendations for products tailored to your specific needs. You then take the test again every four months to track progress and adjust your intake if necessary.
This is dependent on your blood test results. The results provide recommendations for your consideration, there is no obligation to subscribe to all suggested products.
This is a subscription service for a minimum of six months. This is to give them a chance to do their job in your body.
